Welcome to Word Whisperer

WordWhisperer is the new publishing brand which I am developing to market my writing – and, if you’re a writer too, and we find that we have a fit with each other – why don’t we team up? We live in a beautiful part of the world in Australia and New Zealand and we are blessed with many writers and artists, but hampered by too few publishers.

I am doing my part to remedy this with the WordWhisperer website.  I shall christen it by promoting my book ‘The Spider’s Strategy’ – a theme that appeals to women who have ‘lived’.  Written by one who has.

I know that there’s a place for WordWhisperer in the writing and reading worlds because I’ve had personal experiences with Rob-U-Blind & Co Publishing companies who take your money and then all but disappear. The antipodean tendency to expect truth makes us easy pickings for these faux ‘publishers’ who have neither morals nor standards. Read Writer Beware – it’s the first article on my Blog. Don’t miss it.

I’ll be looking for some interesting freebies to populate this site.  I look forward to contacts from other writers and artists who are looking for symbiotic relationships. If you think this sounds like a good idea for you – please use the contact form and we’ll start a conversation.

Australia and New Zealand are producing talented writers at a rate that outpaces current publishing capabilities.  I want to help change that outpacing by encouraging new writers and groups of writers to become their own publishers.

I’d love to hear from you and I hope you will be returning to read my Blogs. I have a programme of posts about mining the memory, how to get children to enjoy reading, the therapeutic qualities of pets, an interview with my biggest fan about dog breeding (I’m a cat person) and Synaesthesia – a weird bit of mind-wiring which you can read about on page 239 of my book.

Well – thank you for reading and welcome!  Please come back!

Please leave your contact details - I’ll contact you asap.
